Custom House Illustrations

1. Select the size of the print you would like

2. Upload your photo on the product page by clicking "upload your image". Clear, full stand alone photos are best for this type of illustration. If you are unsure if your image will work please email simple.prints0@gmail.com and we will let you know if the image you are after is high enough quality.

3. Add to cart and complete check out, at checkout add any words you would like into the notes section.

Please Note:

We send through a preview before we print your illustration. We can make minor edits free of charge.

Unframed: Your custom house illustration is printed on 300gsm matte paper onto a white background.

Framed:

White - Infinitely classic slim white frame.
Black - The perfectly slim black satin frame.
Wood - The light oak natural frame.

All frame dimensions are 20mm wide and 30mm deep.

Framed illustrations are printed on 230gsm matte paper

Sam has been refining her craft since August 2018. She's always had a love for minimalism and loves how these illustrations remind you of a home special to you.

Orders open on the first of each month. Once you confirm your preview your unframed illustration will be printed and posted.

Framed orders have a 7 business day framing period after previews have been approved
