Refund policy

Due to the nature of our work we unfortunately can not accept returns or offer refunds as your illustration is personalised to you. However we want you to be happy with your purchase. We send previews free of charge for you to suggest any minor changes and edits.

 

For all enquires please email simple.prints0@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase in order for us to come to a solution and you left satisfied with your illustration. Simple Prints suggests using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held liable for lost, missing or damaged parcels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
