Our Physical Custom Illustrations arrive to you at your door, you can order either an unframed or framed print. Digital Custom Illustrations are where you receive a PDF version only and Landscape Custom Illustrations are for landscape images only and come as a physical print

If you have ordered a 'Digital Custom Illustration', your finished illustration will be emailed directly to you, please make sure you check out with your correct email address as this is the address we will use. You will receive a PDF file, like physical orders you will receive a preview where we offer minimal edits such as colour changes free of charge. After your requests have been changed we will send through a final PDF file of your print.

Digital Illustrations are fulfilled every Friday as long as you order the Wednesday before.

The default size for our digital illustrations are what you select at the product page.

If you need larger sizes like A2 & A1, please use the note section at checkout to make a request.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the work we are unable to send a preview before you order as it takes quite some time to create. If you are unsure about your photo, or have a few options please get in touch here!

You will need to upload your photo to the product page by clicking on 'upload your image' under the product options. It is the black button above the 'add to cart' button

We package your physical print orders in R3 Pack cushioned card and recyclable sleeves with backing board and a beautiful noissue tissue blue and white checkered design. Saving you the hassle of having to wrap the print yourself! We have cards that go in every order - if you'd like this addressed to someone else with a special note please add it to the 'Is this a gift?' option at checkout

We post Physical Prints every Tuesday. Previews are sent out on Fridays and require you to approve them before Tuesday in order to get in with that weeks postage. The latest you can order is the Wednesday before depending on our capacity. Meaning you can receive your initial preview within just over 48 Hours, and your Physical Print shipped within a week. Digital Copies are also fulfilled every Friday. However as mentioned orders are dependent on capacity, I suggest you order as early as possible to avoid missing out!

We can recreate your special words in either our handwriting showcased in the product images on the website or in the handwriting of the image you attach. Please specify if you'd like the handwriting NOT to be whats showcased in the product images

Our economy tracked shipping is $8 and $15 for rural NZ address'. If you order a framed print the price is either $10 or $15 based on wether you are in the North or South Island of Aotearoa.

We ship every Tuesday NZ wide - shipping is with NZ Post on overnight tracked courier. It can sometimes take a few days depending on your location

We currently only send most orders Aotearoa, NZ wide. However if you are after any unframed physical orders and based in the UK there is an option to have your order shipped
